WHO ARE WE?
We are a family-owned professional remodeling company specifically trained and solely dedicated to address the needs of making your home safe and comfortable for all ages, sizes and abilities.

WHAT ARE OUR QUALIFICATIONS?
We started this company five years ago with the specific focus on special needs. Since then, we have been contracted by both private and public agencies, insurance agencies and other private organizations that are dedicated to the care and welfare of individuals with accessible needs.

OUR STAFF
George Sunday, Production
George has been in the remodeling industry for nearly 40 years. He extensive carpentry knowledge is invaluable when modifications are necessary on older homes. He is able to identify and provide solutions for special applications and adaptations of equipment and fixtures.
George is also a Navy veteran and served aboard the U.S.S. Hornet and was part of the crew that recovered the Apollo 11 capsule after returning from the moon.

Bryon Sunday, CAPS, Sales and Marketing
Bryon has been in the construction industry for nearly 20 years. He is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. He stays informed on new products and new adaptations of ideas specific to this industry. His knowledge of manufacturers and products provide you with the latest technologies and applications.

Jan Sunday, Administration
Jan had worked for Southwestern Bell (AT&T) for nearly 30 years in a number of capacities including heading up the upstart telemedicine division headquartered in Dallas, TX. She uses her large corporate experience to establish relationships with customers and agencies

WHAT IS CAPS?
The Remodeler's Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), in collaboration with the NAHB Research Center, the NAHB 50+ Housing Council, and AARP, developed the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) program to help consumers with the dream of making their houses homes for a lifetime, even if their needs and abilities change.

Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists:
- Have been trained to meet the housing needs of the age-50+ population
- Can identify and/or make home modifications or changes to help people live independently in their homes at later ages
- Can find solutions to common obstacles that make houses unsafe or uncomfortable.

WHY USE US?
This is all we do. Unlike other remodeling firms who do “anything for a buck,” we only address the needs of those with accessibility issues.

We carry a Million Dollar General Liability policy, Workmen’s Comp Coverage and Commercial Vehicle Insurance. We will be glad to supply you a copy of all our policies and contact numbers.
